Recurrent IVF Failure is the inability to implant the egg inside the wall of the uterus. The failure to implant good quality embryo as a consequence of embryo or uterine factors is recurrent IVF failure. The actual cause of the failure needs to be established which may be known through tests like antralfollicule count, FSH and anti-Mullerian hormone.

Ultra sonography and hysteroscopy can also help identify the occurrence of fibroids, endometrial polyps, congenital anomalies and intrauterine adhesions. These need to be corrected through medicines or treatment in order to succeed in the IVF treatment.
